The Weather Shield is designed for measuring barometric pressure, relative humidity, ambient light, and temperature.
The board also includes connection points for wind speed, rainfall, and GPS modules.
The Weather Shield features an HTU21D humidity sensor, MPL3115A2 barometric pressure sensor, and ALS-PT19 light sensor. It includes two RJ11 connectors for rain and wind speed sensors, as well as a 6-pin connector for the GP635T GPS module (GPS module and RJ11 connectors are not included with the shield). The shield operates within a voltage range of 3.3V to 16V. It is designed to work with the Arduino UNO and is not compatible with newer models such as the YUN.
The board is shipped without soldering and does not include header pins. Headers must be purchased separately.
