The Arduino SMD L298 Dual Motor Driver Shield is a full-bridge motor driver based on the L298P motor driver IC. It can drive two separate 2A DC motors or one 2A stepper motor. You can independently control the speed and direction of each motor.
For rapid prototyping, the board includes 6 connectors linked to Arduino analog pins, making it easier to connect additional components. It also features an onboard buzzer that can be used to provide audio signals when needed.
This shield can be successfully used in a wide range of robotics projects.
