Arduino IO Expansion Shield

The Arduino IO Expansion Shield is a highly practical, custom-designed product that allows you to connect multiple input/output modules to your Arduino board with ease.

All of Arduino’s I/O pins on the board are arranged as 3-pin groups (DATA, VCC, and GND) and distributed in an organized layout. This design enables you to easily connect and use various components such as sensors, servos, relays, and more.

Additionally, the UART and I2C ports are separated into dedicated sections for more convenient access. Pins required for modules like Bluetooth, SD card, ultrasonic sensors, and RF communication are also grouped into individual sections on the board. The shield also includes a reset button and a terminal block for 5V power input.

The board provides output support for both serial and parallel LCDs. LCD connections can be made using either an IDC cable or jumper wires.

The IO Expansion Shield is fully compatible with Arduino Uno. It can also be used with Leonardo and Mega models, but note that I2C and SPI ports cannot be used on these boards due to different pin mappings.
