The XBee Shield enables you to use XBee modules with your Arduino. It supports all standard and Pro versions of XBee Series 1, 2, and 2.5.
Features:
- Stackable design allowing multiple shields to be used together
- LED indicators: ON/SLEEP, RSSI, ASS, DIN, and DOUT
- Provides up to 500 mA at 3.3V
- Standard 0.1" headers for XBee module connections
- Onboard jumpers allow selection between SoftwareSerial, HardwareSerial, or FTDI-USB communication
