Meet the Professional Encoder-Based Panter Fast Line Following Robot Kit!
The Panter Fast Line Following Robot Kit has been specially prepared by our team.
With its active encoder feature, the robot can accelerate based on distance rather than time. Especially for tracks with unknown dimensions, you can obtain track measurements from reference points thanks to this robot.
In previous years, dozens of teams achieved success in many competitions using the robot kits we sold. With the Panter Fast Line Following Robot Kit, you too can be competitive in competitions. To be successful in this category, an encoder-based robot design is required. As Sumozade, we offer you this opportunity at the most affordable price.
Fast line following robots are designed to autonomously follow a black line on a white surface or a white line on a black surface. The most important factors in line following robots are the correct program, hardware control, and speed to ensure that the line is not lost. The only unrivaled robot kit that includes all these features is the Panter Fast Line Following Robot Kit.
Thanks to the RZ60S Infrared Distance Sensor located at the front of the robot, you can detect the start gate. With its 0.5 ms response time, this sensor detects the opening of the start gate faster than competing robots, allowing your robot to accelerate earlier and start the race ahead. The Force-Up 12V 4000 RPM DC motors used in this robot kit are the highest-speed motors you can use in the fast line following category.
You Can Accelerate Based on Distance with the Active Encoder Feature
Let’s Get to Know the General Features of the Components Included in the Kit:
Çizgizade Line Following Robot Board:
A professional robot board based on Arduino Nano. It is a powerful robot board operating between 7–35 volts and capable of delivering up to 4 amperes per motor instantly. The circuit includes overcurrent protection, undervoltage protection, and high-temperature protection.
With the Bluetooth pins located on the robot board, you can communicate with your robot via your phone or tablet if desired. This allows you to adjust parameters such as maximum speed, average speed, PID values, etc., in real time while the robot is operating—without the hassle of reconnecting it to a computer—enabling faster improvements during the programming phase. The start/stop module on the board also allows you to start or stop your robot when needed.
The robot circuit has been specially designed exclusively for line following robot competitions. Additional sensors can be connected to this board.
Force-Up 12V 4000 RPM Carbon Brushed DC Motor:
This motor offers higher quality than the motors of the American-based Pololu brand. It is the highest-speed motor model you can use in robot competitions. You can purchase it with Sumozade warranty and use it successfully in your projects. The motor can be supplied with voltages between 12V and 18V.
(Note: Teams that have been building line following robots for years have been using it successfully.)
Banebots Wheels:
As wheels, American-made Banebots green wheels—used for years by teams that have ranked in line following robot competitions—have been preferred. With their excellent grip surface, your robot will push the limits on the track and outperform your competitors.
We do not recommend any other wheel model for the fast line following robot category.
QTR-8A Infrared Sensor:
This sensor board, originally designed for line following robots, contains 8 IR LED/phototransistor pairs placed at 1 cm intervals. Due to its stable and trouble-free operation, it is highly preferred in robots. To avoid disappointment in competitions, do not use non-original QTR sensors.
RZ60S Infrared Distance Sensor:
With a 60 cm detection range and a fast response time of 0.5 ms, this is the best sensor model you can use in fast line following robot projects to detect the opening of the gate as quickly as possible. Manufactured by our company, this sensor—with its quality and ease of use—outperforms all sensors on the market such as Sharp, MZ80, FS80, Omron, etc. A specially manufactured sensor mounting bracket is included with the robot kit.
You can purchase our robot kit either disassembled or assembled. An advanced program is provided free of charge with the kit, allowing you to achieve much better results in robot competitions.
