LineCraft V2 stands out not only with its powerful hardware but also with the flexible, competition-oriented solutions it offers. Developed in compliance with the advanced-level line following categories of national and international robot competitions, this kit provides full control over the track.
Thanks to encoder connectivity, track monitoring and lap counting can be performed flawlessly.
The track color selection switch enables smooth operation on different surfaces, while the automatic calibration feature allows a flawless start with a single button.
In addition, the path selection switch allows the robot to easily distinguish pre-taught routes.
To enhance user experience, the integrated buzzer and RGB LED notification system provides instant and clear feedback during competitions.
As a result, competitors benefit from a reliable and easily understandable control mechanism throughout the track.
With all these features, LineCraft V2 is not just a line following robot kit, but also a reliable companion on competition tracks for teams aiming for top rankings.
It is specially optimized for teams targeting podium finishes.
The Highest-Level Professional Line Following Robot Kit Manufactured in Turkey
This robot kit operates at 4000 RPM and features an 8-sensor array. It offers the maximum motor speed achievable in line following robot competitions. Motors exceeding 4000 RPM are unfortunately too fast and tend to cause the robot to exit the track during competitions. As Sumozade, we recommend using motors with a maximum speed of 4000 RPM.
Why Should You Choose the LineCraft Advanced Line Following Robot Kit?
Built-in Features of the Robot Kit
Force-Up 12V 4000 RPM motors provide high torque and lightning-fast acceleration, delivering superior performance on competition tracks.
Special motor drivers ensure full control even during sharp turns, offering strong braking and flawless performance.
Bond silicone wheels provide excellent grip and balance on the track, allowing smooth movement on curves and bridges without slipping.
QRE1113 sensors and the 8-sensor line sensor array enable highly precise line tracking and transmit high-resolution data to the Arduino Nano processor.
The RZ60 object sensor instantly detects obstacles in front of the robot and enables fast reflex-based movement.
Thanks to the PCB design, the robot chassis is lightweight yet durable, providing an advantage over competitors on bridges, curves, and acceleration zones. This PCB design also allows encoder connectivity, ensuring full control over lap counting and track tracking.
The track color selection switch and track mode selection switch on the robot allow easy adaptation to different surfaces and track types.
With automatic calibration and a start button, the robot can be started flawlessly. The remote start module enables one-touch control.
The power line is regulated and protected against reverse voltage; it operates within a 5V–12V range and supports 2S–3S LiPo batteries, offering long-lasting and safe usage. With 4 amperes of power per motor, maximum torque and acceleration are achieved.
Thanks to Arduino Nano support, programming is extremely easy, and open-source software enables fast learning and development. The buzzer and LED status indicators provide users with instant feedback on the robot’s operating status.
