The MQ-5 Gas Sensor Module is designed to detect LPG, isobutane, and propane gases in the range of 300 to 10,000 ppm, making it suitable for gas leakage detection applications.
Like other MQ series sensors, it provides an analog voltage output proportional to gas concentration.
The sensor comes mounted on a carrier board and operates at 5V, offering both analog and digital (TTL level) outputs, making it easy to interface with Arduino and other microcontrollers.
