IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICES?
Shipping is not included in in the prices displayed on product pages. Shipping price is added and shown in the CHECKOUT page before you complete your purchase.
While ‘Free Shipping’ we ship your orders without shipping fee.
Please Note: Shipping fees are not inclusive import fees that may be charged by your country of residence when the package reaches your destination country.

HOW ARE WE SHIPPING ?
All Sumozade products shipped with closed in a box and packaged carefully. Before shipment, we test full all electronics and control the mechanics of all the goods. So you will never be disappointed when you open our Sumozade Robotics shipment box

Please consider shipment options. If your order is time sensitive, please choose DHL Express & TNT Express shipment method. It can have a little higher price, but it comes very fast and trackable shipment option.

AIR CARGO DISPATCH?
All orders for items that are on our stock are dispatched within 1-3 working days. All listed products are in our stock and can be quickly sent. All deliveries are made from the Turkey, Istanbul, our robotics company. We deliver goods worldwide.
For DHL Express & TNT Express shipment arriving time is maximum four days. Usually less

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?
Shipping fee changes depending on your order’s weight and the distance of your country. We calculate your shipping fee automatically and inform you about the price at cart and checkout page after you enter your country details. Shipping costs are between USD 15-30 on average
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, each order is shipped by DHL Express and TNT Express we will inform your Tracking Number immediately once your order is shipped.
