Force-Up 6V 3000 RPM 10:1 High-Speed DC Gear Motor
The Force-Up next-generation 10:1 high-speed DC gear motor has been specifically developed for robotics projects that require high speed and fast response. Reaching an output speed of 3000 RPM at 6V, this motor provides a very high output speed despite its compact size, thanks to its low 10:1 reduction ratio.
It is an ideal motor option for use in Maze Solving Robot and Line Following Robot competitions. In maze-solving robots, in addition to speed on straight sections, rapid acceleration when exiting turns, quick speed buildup, and fast response to motor control commands are extremely important. The Force-Up 10:1 series has been designed specifically with these speed-focused applications in mind.
Compared to standard high-reduction motors, the 10:1 gear ratio provides a significant advantage in lightweight competition robots where speed is prioritized over torque. With its high 3000 RPM output speed, it can be used not only in Maze Solving Robots but also in fast line-following robots, Micromouse robots, autonomous mini robots, and high-speed mobile robot projects.
With its compact 12 mm-class body and metal gearbox, it combines the advantages of low weight and high speed for lightweight robot designs. We strongly recommend using it with Bond Silicone wheels.
Why 10:1?
The 10:1 reduction ratio is one of the most important features that distinguishes this motor from micro motors with conventional 30:1, 50:1, or higher reduction ratios. Thanks to the lower reduction ratio, the motor's high rotational speed can be transferred to the output shaft, reaching an unloaded output speed of approximately 3000 RPM at 6V. This feature provides high speed and agile maneuverability, especially in competition robots with a low overall weight.
