With the 3 Infraredobject sensors on the robot, it can measure the distance between the walls analogand center the robot to the measured values. The proximity to the wall can beeasily calculated with the analog values taken between 0-20 cm.
With the two NovaMax 6V750RPM Encoder Motors on the robot kit, the distance traveled can be measureand it can balance the 90-degree turns to be constant each time.
Suitable for 12mmmotors, the motors properties an be changed without any drilling and cuttingon the kit.
Toshiba TB6612FNG IC ispreferred as the motor driver model. The drive model has hard braking situationsand sensitive PWM values. The motor driver provides a for each motor 1Amps andsupports it with a power of 3 amps as instantaneous current in case ofdifficulties and sudden changes in direction.
It has the ability tocontinuously read the voltage value and perform speed increase and speedreduction operations when necessary. Since the components and motors on therobot draw very little current, it will not need a lithium polymer battery forits operation, and it can be used for 5-6 hours with 9V disposable batteries.
The battery model thatcan be used on the robot is left to the user. The robot works in the range of7.4 Volts - 12.6 Volts. Li-po battery can be preferred when the user wishes.
The 9V battery that youcan test and operate on the product will be supplied with the product by ourcompany.
With the bridge diodedesign at the power input, it will eliminate the reverse voltage situation inyour battery connection. Regardless of the polarity of your battery, it willcontinue to work instead of burn.
With user leds on it,you can see the sensor data live, transfer additional speed data to the robotwith dipswitches or make a track selection.
You can start the robotwith start button and reset the robot without turn off and on with the resetbutton.
The robot design hasbeen created totally with PCB and has a very light body. with light bodydesign, it is very perfect in turns and straight road going.
With screw and nut onthe front and back of the body, the balance of the robot can be adjusted.
The Pololu 32x7mm wheelmodel is used and with excellent adhesion performance on the ground.
With Atmega328Pprocessor used, you can easily program with Arduino or you can easily read datafrom the Serial monitor in Arduino. You can do your programming with the CH340Gserial converter via the USB port.
In order to program therobot when you connect t to your computer, you need to install the CH340Driver.
